How You can Participate in Our Study

You can participate in our study as follows:

• Read our participant information sheet
• Fill in the consent form either online or you can download a copy and fill it and send it to us
• Make a time to contact the research team and collect your device
• Wear the device for 10 days 
• Then meet with our research team to transfer the data to our computers
• Visit a Canterbury Health Laboratory for free blood test
